This course provides judges with the opportunity to examine and challenge their present courtroom system, which will assist them in processing cases more quickly while adhering to all legal requirements. After attending this course, participants will be able to define the essential elements of an effective caseflow management system; develop strategies for handling areas resistant to more effective caseflow management; form criteria and time standards for cases; develop and present a comprehensive court management plan; and invent strategies for getting and keeping judicial compliance.
